Uruwashi no Yoi no Tsuki is such a sweet high school romance drama. I really like that the male lead is the one who falls harder first and the girl is the one who is a bit hesitant. It’s also known as Prince and Prince, which I love! I really love how the female lead is not the typical girly girl, which I can relate to more. I love the art style, it is stunning! I can’t wait to see where this story goes because I’m loving the pacing and development of their relationship

A Sign of Affection is another manga with a gorgeous art style that I’m obsessed with! I really like the representation of the female lead being deaf, because I think that’s really progressive for Japan. The male lead is so handsome and I adore him. The fact he learns sign language to be able to communicate better with the female lead makes my heart soft! I’ve been collecting the physicals of this and the covers are so pretty all lined up.

I’ve talked about Nina the Starry Bride before and I can honestly say I’m hooked. I check weekly for new chapters, even though I know they won’t be there. I think Nina is an incredible and strong female lead. I was worried she was going to be very innocent and air head like, but she is compassionate and determined which I love. I haven’t been able to decide who’s my favorite of the two male leads, but they are both very handsome! I love anything celestial and even though it’s not mentioned in the beginning of the story, it is now and I’m loving where that is going

The Kings Beast is from the same established world as the manga Rei Mei no Arcana, which is about how there are half human half animal people who in this manga assist and protect the royal family. I love the main characters and have been obsessed with this fantasy world. The art is also really beautiful, and I’m sure you can see a theme that if I don’t like the art style I probably won’t read it. I have been hooked on this manga and cannot wait to read more. I definitely want to start collecting the physicals of this manga too.

I started My Happy Marriage because it is getting an anime adaption this year and I thought the trailer was stunning! This romance fantasy manga is so sweet. I feel like I’m just getting into the meat of the plot line, but what I’ve read so far has been great! I love how supportive and protective the male lead is with the female lead, especially with her family. I love seeing him slowly open up to her in ways he’s never done with anyone.

Call me the Devil is a fantasy romance Manhwa where all of the male characters are descendants of devils and have different abilities. Our female lead ends up working in their plastic surgery office for their head Devil so to speak. In exchange for helping him get over his issues with blood, he promises to give her the boob job she wants. I honestly didn’t think I’d like this Manhwa as much as I do, but the characters have me hooked and I really like seeing where this story is going. Where I’m at we’ve already faced one little bump in the development of their relationship so I can’t wait to see where it goes but I have high hopes

Out of all the mangas and Manhwas on this list, this one is probably the most recent and has the least amount of chapters. It’s an a/b/o BL called Smyrna and Capri. In a world where the king, even if he’s an alpha, becomes an omega for a short period of time in order to give birth to the heir and keep the royal family going. Our male lead accidentally gets pregnant during that time from an alpha from his enemy nation who has been captured in his castle. I think the art style on this is stunning, I love the a/b/o twist and I adore both male leads. I’m constantly checking for updates because I’m hooked and need more.

I’m a little bit behind on this Manhwa but I do really adore my symbiotic relationship between a rabbit and a black panther. Don’t let the king name discourage you, this romance Manhwa is so sweet. This is a fantasy, historical world where all of the humans also have an animal they are connected with. Our main female lead BiBi is from the rabbit clan and herbivore nation, and she is unable to transform into a human. Because of this her family dumps her in black panther territory, not worried if she would die. She is then found by the male lead Ahin, the head of the black panthers saves her. The story follows them trying to figure out why bibi can’t transform into a human and then exploring their relationship. I do really like this Manhwa, but I had to let it get ahead so now I can binge watch it.

Under the Greenlight is from the same author as Walk on Water, which I adored. This mafia BL is so good! It already has one season out and I can’t wait for it to come back. Sadly I started this in January of last year and binge read the entire thing and have been waiting patiently since. I love that the male lead is an artist and a sculptor who is making a piece about his mafia lover, but not lover. I cannot wait for this to come back so I can read more. I love a good mafia/mobster romance.

Finally we have under the oak tree, which I’ve mentioned before and I have mixed feelings about. I think the art is stunning, I love both characters designs. I like how maxi has a stutter and still pushes forward to be a strong female lead. However! I wish she were stronger. I think there is the chance for this author to make her a stronger female character and show her power, but hasn’t. I also really like the concept of riftan, but I think his anger issues and miscommunications are annoying. The amount of miscommunications and lack of communication in this Manhwa relationship frustrates me, but I will keep this up for one reason. I love historical Manhwas, but I’m not a fan of world transportation or reincarnation so finding a Manhwa like this where it’s historical but doesn’t include that is really hard.
