What’s in My Work Bag
I recently started working and things have been pretty hectic so I think I will only be able to have one blog post a week for a while. At least till I can find someone to help me take pictures for instagram and this blog.
I always carry a note book with me and a bunch of pens. You never know when your boss or someone you work with doesn't have a pen and you can be prepared and give them an extra. I've also given people pens before who I don't know and later they've told my boss that they appreciated that.
I also carry this planner calendar with me. I got it in Japan and I love it. It has this big monthly lay out and then large sections for each week. I also have my glasses, which are from eyebuydirect. They're really just for computers because I get bad headaches if I don't wear them and look at the computer all day
So I carry these two big pouches with me and I'll go into more detail about that down below. But I also carry this little card wallet which I just use to hold polaroid pictures of me and my boyfriend. If I'm ever down or sadI just pull them out and it motivates me so so much.
So this first pouch is actually the second pouch in my life. I got this for christmas from my boyfriend. It started out as like a tech bag and then i added more makeup to it. I have a flashlight, yes a very bright one from my dad, a touch screen pen, an iPhone cord and wall plug, a portable battery and a essential oils roller ball. The makeup I have is simple but its enough for a full face in my mind or just touch ups. I keep the rms concealer, two hurts bees lipsticks (the brown one they don't make this shade anymore and I'm so sad about it!!) and then a pixie lip thing.
This pouch was the original pouch I had. It started as a pouch of things I would need in order to spend the night somewhere. But now it's more of what I need in an emergency. I keep a tide to go stick, band aids, eye drops (I have had too many times where I get such eye pain that I carry these now), a burst bees chapstick, a little mirror, mascara, hand sanitizer, two different hair ties, perfume and a perfume stick, a mini sewing kit (for little rips or missing buttons, you never know), hand lotion (I get such dry hands), and a little muji container with advil in them.
