Trying the Gua Sha
After using this tool, which is similar to the gua sha, I can honestly say really like it! I’m not sure if it is helping slim down my face or anything but I like to use it in the morning or at night as a way to take 10 minutes to just sit and breathe. I originally got this because I read how you can use tools like this for lymph node draining. This I also learned feels really amazing when I’m having a migraine, which I am prone too.
My mom went and had a lymph nod draining massage and it made her feel so much better! It made me want to try it at home. So i’ve been doing it for about a month now, and its made me feel a lot better! When I do it at night I feel so so much better. It makes me feel relaxed and clear. I like to do it before bed too and it makes me really relaxed.
I put on my oil and face lotion before doing this so its easy to move on my skin. You can use whatever kind you like, I am really loving rose hip oil recently. I do it in a similar way to working out, I do each exercise in three sets and usually ten times each time. I do it always in an upwards motion and not downward, never pull the skin down. The only downward motion I do is on the sides of my neck where my lymph nodes are. I do under my chin on each side, under my eye on my cheeks, my lymph nods, and finally just up on my forehead.

So I didn’t really think I could see a difference in before and after a month but now that I’ve put these photos next to each other I kinda think I can. I think the forward facing photos is where I see it the most, ignore my under eye bags in the after photos I’ve been sleeping poorly.
