Happy Thanksgiving! A Reminder and Being Thankful
Thanksgiving can be hard for many reasons, so can the holidays, so be gentle on yourself. Eat another piece of pie or serving of turkey without feeling guilty or making yourself feel bad. Do what you need to do to protect yourself from your family, or anyone, if you are worried about certain conversations or topics that might come up at the dinner table. Make sure you do what you need to do to make today wonderful!
