My 2024 Predictions for Booktok/The Book Community

I saw people on tiktok talk about their predictions of what will be popular and what they think will happen in the book world in 2024 so I thought I’d share mine

• Authors lying about who they are or behaving inappropriately

• Special edition books are going to lose their specialness - there are so many for one book!

• Werewolves making a comeback

• People supporting libraries more instead of massive hauls on Booktok/booktube

• More books becoming TV or movies

• Books with dragons in them

• Split in the dark romance community

• Cowboy/westerns and pirate books are gonna comeback (I hope!)
