Getting Ready for Christmas

So my boyfriend is here for his first american christmas. In my family we always have a real tree so it was a lot of fun to have him come and pick it out with us and see it all.

It was really cute watching him help my dad with the Christmas lights and my mom decorating the tree. I can't wait to do more festive things with him this christmas. It's really interesting watching him and seeing his way of seeing christmas cause it's very different in Japan. It's a couples holiday where you go on a date and you don't spend it with your family. It's been a fun experience.
