A Master Post on the Black Lives Matter Movement
I’ve taken time off of my blog and social media for the last few weeks because of some family stuff but also with what’s going on in the world. My heart feels so overwhelmed and sad. I have been listening, learning, reflecting and speaking up. I understand I will never fully understand what it means to be black in america but that doesn’t mean I can’t sympathize and support those who do.
We still have so much to do so please keep speaking up. Please keep voting for people who support our goals and have similar mindsets. I’m sure you’ve seen a lot of posts like this but I felt the need to make this not only for others but for myself moving forward.
